Absolutely fantastic service. Fault with 67 plate Discovery while on holiday. Phoned the main dealership who couldn’t get us in for 4-5 weeks but found Bournemouth LR Ltd online. Lorna managed to fit us in the following day, knew what the problem was during the phone call and had the part ready and waiting for 8.30am the following morning. In and out super fast with very friendly staff and good value. Can’t recommend enough. Even had snuggles with the pup.
I had been a longstanding customer of Land Rover in Christchurch for many years. However, their customer service isn't what it used to be so I decided to hunt for another garage to look after my Range Rover. I'm so glad I found BLR. The whole process was a lovely experience, from booking my car in, to the regular updates I received whilst my car was being repaired to the collection and the pleasant surprise at the bill I received ! I will never take my car anywhere else from now on, well done BLR, keep up the good work.
We at Christchurch Cars Limited (family run used car dealer) have used BLR on a few occasions for a wide range of our Land Rover stock over the years. Lorna and Tony have always taken care of us, with their vast knowledge of all models and excellent repair facility in their new workshop, to keeping us fully informed during the course of repair. BLR are always our first call for any Land Rover repairs, they do it once and they do it right!
Just wanted to say a very big thank you to Tony, Lorna and the whole BLR team. I can honestly say the customer service is second to none. I used the 'Contact us' option on a Sunday, got a call back Monday morning, dropped the car off Monday evening, on Tuesday Lorna called following diagnostic testing with the good news that the problem was not a leaking inlet manifold as suspected. Spare parts order Tuesday, and I have my D4 back on the road in two days. I am delighted with the service and fair price. BLR were recommended to me by an RAC mechanic and I have no hesitation in highly recommending their services to all Land Rover owners. Absolutely First Class.
