Cannot fault BLR. After being a new owner to a rather tired 1985 110, BLR were my first call, wether it be oil leaks (and let’s be honest, old Land Rovers and prone to a few) or electrical faults (also not a rarity), BLR are my one stop shop. After working for main dealers for a few years (including Land Rover) I can safely say their customer service is second to none. Nothing is to much trouble for these guys and gals and I leave every visit with quality advice and genuine enthusiasm from the team.

Rang on Wednesday (late) as the boot would not open on my Range Rover Sport and I needed sorted out ASAP as I was on Business the next day. Without hesitation they said bring it down and we will take a look which they did and the car needed a new boot strut. The strut was ordered the following morning and then fitted the following day. Lorna rang me on the morning to confirm timings and price and they even managed to carry out a full service that was desperately needed into there already full day!

Absolutely fantastic service. Fault with 67 plate Discovery while on holiday. Phoned the main dealership who couldn’t get us in for 4-5 weeks but found Bournemouth LR Ltd online. Lorna managed to fit us in the following day, knew what the problem was during the phone call and had the part ready and waiting for 8.30am the following morning. In and out super fast with very friendly staff and good value. Can’t recommend enough. Even had snuggles with the pup
I had been a longstanding customer of Land Rover in Christchurch for many years. However, their customer service isn't what it used to be so I decided to hunt for another garage to look after my Range Rover. I'm so glad I found BLR. The whole process was a lovely experience, from booking my car in, to the regular updates I received whilst my car was being repaired to the collection and the pleasant surprise at the bill I received ! I will never take my car anywhere else from now on, well done BLR, keep up the good work
I have used BLR for the past 8 years and at first I did think that the prices weren’t on the cheap side. However, having experienced fast diagnostics, excellent service and a spot on job every time I can’t recommend them enough! Lorna and Joe in the office are nothing short of brilliant. Land rovers do have a reputation of breaking down and if you have issues then don’t Hesitate to book in with these guys. I guess you really do get what you pay for. I now also own a VW T6 and I will continue to use BLR every time.
We at Christchurch Cars Limited (family run used car dealer) have used BLR on a few occasions for a wide range of our Land Rover stock over the years. Lorna and Tony have always taken care of us, with their vast knowledge of all models and excellent repair facility in their new workshop, to keeping us fully informed during the course of repair. BLR are always our first call for any Land Rover repairs, they do it once and they do it right!
As a Range Rover enthusiast, I enjoy maintaining my own vehicles in my spare time. Sometimes though, a job is either not feasible to be done on the driveway or needs specialist expertise and/or tools and this is where the team at BLR come in!
Lorna, Jo, Tony and the team at BLR have always provided great advice, service and have looked after both my L320 Sport and now my L405 Vogue SE. They are true professionals and are able to undertake any job from routine servicing to diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues.
I would not hesitate to recommend to BLR to anyone who owns a Land Rover vehicle and is in need of a friendly, honest and truly capable independent specialist.

Excellent experience with Bournemouth Land Rover. Cambelt change on our Discovery 4 all done for a very reasonable price. A very honest a transparent garage!
Having never owned a Land Rover before, I was on the lookout for a local specialist that could help keep my FL2 Metropolis in tip top shape. After noticing a change in the way the automatic gearbox was shifting in low gears, I knew something wasn't performing as it should.
A quick call to Jo at BLR and she knew EXACTLY what the issue was, and within 2 hours, I was at they're COVID-19 prepared workshop where Tony updated my gearbox software. I can't thank the team enough, Jo, Lorna and puppy Nala were all extremely friendly and are even helping me plan my overlanding modifications... it is safe to say that I won't be going to any other garage from now on!
